  I ordered a burger and fries and requested no pink inside the burger. When I bit into the burger it was raw. The manager Cyndi tried to explain it away as "some people like their burgers medium". After I explained to her that the burger was not medium but raw and that I was not interested in a credit for my next visit, she refunded my money. This was my 2nd experience w/ problems at this particular location and I will not be visiting again.

  Thank you for noticing that my 6oz. looked more like a 3 oz. And for fixing it by giving me an extra 6 oz.! I really appreciate how the managment handled it before even bringing me my plate! Great service!

  Typical Applebee's. Food is good and staff are quick. Nothing extraordinary about it. Just good food.

  Our party of nine had a great experience here. I feel like the staff is clearly putting a great deal of effort into improving their image based on many previous comments. Their hard work and genuine friendly and prompt service is paying off. Not to mention their great food with solid portion size! That was many of our first time dining at an Applebee's and each of us eagerly look forward to our next visit.
